Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this site and the services sold through it is Gabriel Sechi, trading as Rysu Boosting, established in Spain. Contact: contact@rysu.store.

What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run the service and the site:

• Order information — platform username, service selected, and messages exchanged when you place or discuss an order (via X/Twitter DM, Discord, or email).
• Contact form data — name, email, and message if you use the contact form on this site.
• Pre-sale sign-up data — your email address if you ask to receive FC27 launch updates or a pre-sale discount.
• Account access — where a service requires it, temporary access to your game account. We only use this to deliver the service you ordered.
• Basic analytics — usage data collected through tags managed with Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used.
• Advertising data — if you arrive via an ad, Meta Pixel may record that visit to measure ad performance.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't store payment card details — card payments are processed by Stripe, and other payments by PayPal, Revolut, or the provider you choose, each under their own privacy terms.

How we use it and our legal bases

• Orders and account access — to perform the contract you ask us to enter into and deliver the service you purchased.
• Questions and support — to respond to requests before or after an order and to manage customer support.
• Pre-sale and launch updates — based on your consent when you submit the FC27 pre-sale form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing contact@rysu.store.
• Site security and essential operation — based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable service.
• Analytics and advertising — based on your consent where non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are used. These trackers do not load if you reject them.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable legal, accounting, support, fraud-prevention, or dispute period. Temporary game-account access is used only for service delivery and is not intended to be retained after the order is completed. Contact-form and support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer and follow up. Pre-sale sign-up data is kept until you withdraw consent or the relevant launch campaign has ended and follow-up is no longer needed. Analytics and advertising data follows the retention settings of the relevant provider and our configured accounts.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@rysu.store. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Third-party services

• Stripe — processes card payments. At checkout, Stripe collects your email and the Discord or X username you provide so we can deliver your order. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• FormSubmit — delivers the contact and pre-sale forms. The information you submit, such as your name, email or message where applicable, is transmitted through FormSubmit to our inbox.
• Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel — load only after you accept cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is handled under the safeguards made available by the relevant provider, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
